I have to say, it is great to live in Florida where fresh, local food is abundantly available! Last month we had a showing of the FRESH a movie about eating more fresh foods, eating more locally, and eating more healthily. We had a great turn out for the film – AND – as a result of the discussions have started a place on Facebook to continue the discussions.

Thanks to a friend on Facebook, I saw this story. What a great idea – and so very, very simple to reuse soda bottles as solar lighting. Watch the video and be inspired. I bet this would work in a lot of different ways reducing a little burden on our fossil dependency and wallets worldwide.
